Wynde Kate grew up in heart of the Adirondack Park, and currently resides in Keene Valley. She is the co-owner of Green Goddess Natural Market in Lake Placid along with Tammy Loewy. She graduated from The Clayton College of Natural Health with a BS in Holistic Nutrition. She is also a Permaculture Landscape Designer and more recently became a Certified Veggiecator TM, which she uses to bring Plant-Based culinary education to local schools, community centers and private homes. Wynde Kate completed her Plant-based Culinary Certification from Rouxbe Cooking School. In her spare time you can find her barefoot hiking, paddling her SUP, gardening, rock climbing, practicing yoga and unsuccessfully trying to keep up with her 13 year old son, Bladen.
