Come join 2024 Teaching Fellow Kiki Liu for four evenings of experiencing clay, and immerse yourself in the beauty of ceramics. Together, we'll explore and experience the material, connecting with it through our hands and bodies as we shape the clay. Throughout the course, we'll cover a variety of techniques, emphasizing hand-building which is suitable for both sculptural and functional works. This class is specifically designed to provide beginners with a solid foundation in clay, enriching their creative journey with this wonderful material. Fee includes instruction, materials, and firings. Advance registration is required.
