Liz Flyntz is a Brooklyn-based curator, home chef, and Craigardan's 2017 Culinary Artist-in-Residence and Teaching Fellowship recipient. While in residence, Liz is undertaking the food and consumption based portion of her research into how industrialized food and environmental degradation affect gender and the body.
